New England color in the deep South; The Woodlands, TX, family photographer

I've been so fortunate my last few photo shoots to find some amazing colors in the trees. I was starting to get a little nostalgic for New England a few weeks ago and jealous of all the foliage photographers had available up there, and then I wore shorts to a photo shoot in December, and I got over it!
I've had the honor of taking photos of this family three times, and I hadn't seen this little man since his newborn shoot, so I was super excited to see everyone. They win the award for easiest and fastest (we were done in about 15 minutes) shoot of the season. I had a great time seeing you, as always!

the sweetest smiles; Houston and The Woodlands, TX, family photographer

What a wonderful way to end a busy weekend. These cuties and I had such fun in the park running around coming up with ideas for shots. These are just a few of my many favorites.

father and daughter photo shoot; Houston and The Woodlands, TX, family photographer

So, I have to admit something. I got a little emotional on this shoot today of this lovely young lady and her father when I took this shot. I guess I'm just so used to running around chasing toddlers all day, so this became a very quiet and relaxing shoot. I was able to really look at her through a parent's eye and see that she's on the cusp of become a young woman, and it pulled at my heart a little. Thank you both for a wonderful shoot.

sweet brother and sisters; Houston family photographer

This little guy and his sisters were so sweet today. We had a great time getting into all sorts of fun in Memorial Park. Thank you for a great day, sweet family. I can't wait to show you the rest!

happy family of three; Memorial Park, Houston; Spring TX Family Photographer

This little dude was such a great model. Every time I'd say his name, he'd look at the camera and smile. Thanks for a great shoot, and I think we got the shot you were looking for, Mom! You'll see it in your gallery in a few days....
