I sure love these two sweet kiddos. These are from their Valentine's Day mini-shoot. We have lots of kissing pics, but it would always make this little dude laugh, and his big sister (who does not like having her picture taken) loved giving him kisses and trying to make him laugh. Get ready for some cuteness! What a wonderful shoot. I love to shoot in my clients' homes, because it always adds such a personal touch. Of course I prefer beautiful outdoor light, but the weather was pretty yucky, so we spent most of our time inside. We had a great time, and these kiddos were super stars! Oh, my goodness. I'm in love with these brown eyes. This almost one-year-old little dude is the youngest of three of such a lovely family. Here are some of my favorites from today's shoot.

1. He couldn't be cuter.

2. The baby hands. The curiosity and exploration. The water in the background. I love it all.

Ok, quick little story. When you book with me, please assume your toddler is going to act like a crazy fool during the shoot. Feel free to say, "He never acts like this at home...." It's a combination of my weird sense of humor and love of kids, but I think it's pretty stinkin' hilarious when kids act kind of crazy--seriously, my two-and-a-half year old had her first public tantrum the other day, and I was laughing so hard my eyes were watering. The point is, you don't need to be embarrassed if your kiddos are a little wild on picture day, becuase they are ALL like that.

So, back to this shoot. The purpose was to get little man's one-year photos and a few of the boys together. These boys were so incredibly perfect, we really could have been done after 5 minutes. At one point, their cutie pie momma even said, "They never act like this at home...." Haha. Thanks for such a great shoot, and I really can't wait to show the rest to you!

One of the best parts of this job? Watching families grow. You've seen this family several times; here's their Christmas photo shoot.  So, big sister is turning 2, Momma is expecting baby #2, and Grandma was in town to help celebrate--so many reasons for new pictures. The weather was perfect and my models were beautiful. Thanks for a wonderful shoot, ladies!
